RevV Adventure Club – Rules & Regulations
1. Membership & Conduct
1. A Valid Driving License is required to join the club.
2. All members must respect fellow riders, road users, locals, and authorities at all times.
3. Abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated.
4. Members must uphold the reputation and values of RevV Adventure Club during all rides
and events.
5. Any misconduct that brings disrepute to the club may result in suspension or removal.
6. No discussions on any Religious, Political or any personal matters of any member.
7. Any content not related to biking or traffic laws, including sexual or adult material, is
strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action.
2. Safety & Riding Gear
1. Wearing a certified helmet is mandatory.
2. Proper riding gear is strongly recommended:
– Riding jacket with armor
– Gloves
– Riding boots
– Knee and elbow guards
3. Members must be physically and mentally fit to ride during club activities.
4. Members are strictly advised not to indulge in any financial transactions with fellow club members.
3. Motorcycle Requirements
1. Motorcycles must be in good mechanical condition before every ride.
2. Functional brakes, lights, indicators, mirrors, and tires are mandatory.
3. Excessively loud, unsafe, or illegal modifications are not allowed.
4. Riders are responsible for carrying valid documents:
– Valid Driving License
– Vehicle Registration
– CNIC- Computerized National Identity Card
4. Ride Discipline
1. Follow the Ride Captain’s instructions at all times.
2. Maintain assigned formation and safe riding distance.
3. No racing, stunts, or reckless riding during rides.
4. Membership card would be mandatory to participate in a ride after issuance.
5. Group Ride Protocol
1. Pre-ride briefing attendance is mandatory.
2. In case someone is not attending the ride after placing his vote, he should inform the
management one hour before the GTG Time.
3. Do not abandon fellow riders in case of breakdown or emergency.
4. Scheduled stops must be respected to maintain group cohesion.
5. Use hazard lights or hand signals to communicate issues.
6. Use of Intercom is mandatory for permanent members.
6. Environmental Responsibility
1. Do not litter; respect nature and local communities.
2. Avoid unnecessary Revving, especially in residential or eco-sensitive areas.
3. Follow all local laws and regulations at destinations.
4. Practice basic civic sense
7. Media & Representation
1. Club name, logo, and branding must not be misused.
2. Any media content shared publicly should reflect positive riding culture.
3. Permission must be taken before tagging the club in controversial posts.
4. Official statements may only be issued by authorized members.
5. RevV Adventure Club reserves the right to record and use photographs and video footage
of participants taken during official events for branding, promotional, and social media
use. Participation constitutes automatic consent, and no individual claims may be made
regarding such usage.
6. Members who do not wish to appear in club media must inform the management prior to
the event.
8. Liability & Responsibility
1. Members ride at their own risk.
2. RevV Adventure Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage.
3. Each rider is responsible for their motorcycle and riding decisions.
4.The possession or use of any kind of weapons or drugs is strictly prohibited during club activities.
5. Participation in rides implies acceptance of all club rules.
9. Event Participation
1. Event expenses must be paid in advance or the total cost will be divided among all
participants equally.
2. Cancellations must be informed within the specified time.
3. Misbehavior during events can lead to immediate expulsion.
4. The club shall not be held responsible for any member found to be involved in any sort of illegal activity during club events or rides.
5. Event rules may vary and will be communicated separately.
10. Amendments & Authority
1. The club management reserves the right to modify rules at any time.
2. Decisions made by the Management and Ride Captain are final.
3. Ignorance of rules will not be accepted and may result in fine or suspension.
4. All disputes must be resolved through the club’s Peace Committee. No member may
escalate the matter publicly. The committee’s decision will be final and enforceable.
5. The management reserves the right to remove any member at any time without providing justification.
